Reservations only one night will be charged the full amount via bank deposit or credit card, with the authorization by mail, accompanied by a copy of the card and RG.
- Children, even when accompanied by their parents, should have identification. As the child and adolescent legislation in force.
- It is allowed only one child under 2 years free of charge.

Cancellation of booking only on request of the guest by email with 48 hours after payment confirmation. Reservations canceled outside this period the booking deposit will be charged as penalty. In case of payment made on the eve of the check-in counter and bookings will not be subject to cancellation. In case of special packages, respecting the cancellation period, there will be no relocation date return of cash.
